- Lead and support projects to enhance supply chain, inventory planning systems, tools, and processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across inventory workflows
- Develop and refine forecasting methodologies and scenario models
Data & Analytics
- Improve reporting and KPIs with advanced data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Work with large datasets to develop insights that support smarter planning decisions
- Provide technical support for data-related tasks, including light programming or scripting as needed
- Collaborate with supply chain leadership, inventory planning, procurement, finance and IT to align on project goals and delivery
- Lead change management initiatives within the supply chain and inventory planning functions, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational changes through clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.
- Contribute to other supply chain improvement initiatives as required
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain analytics, within a retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing and distribution environment
- Post secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Technology or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
- Professional designation (e.g., APICS / CSCP, CPIM, or SCMP) is considered an asset.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to link data to business outcomes
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Experience with programming / scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) an asset for building advanced models, automating reports and enhancing data workflows
- Familiarity with forecasting tools, inventory systems, and / or ERP software
- Experience developing and implementing new tools and processes that enhance supply chain planning, visibility and decision making
- Strong project management and communication skills
- A self-starter mindset and a passion for using data to solve complex problems
Salary Range : 95k depending on experience
