Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Canada seeks a Manager of Supply Chain with a focus on contract management to lead complex client engagements in procurement and sourcing. You will drive sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and procurement improvements while coordinating with client teams across functions.

The role emphasizes strategic impact, alliance-building with stakeholders, and ensuring rigorous analytical delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined consulting and/or industry operating experience.
• Preference for industry roles within Sourcing and Procurement functions.
• Proven track record of leading sustainable high-impact strategic sourcing approaches.
• Exemplary experience designing end-to-end procurement strategies.
• Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis.

Infrastructure & Capital Projects Practice: A&M’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects (INFRA) practice is a global team of over 1,000 sector experts and specialized consultants. We combine strategic and operational expertise with deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and project leaders in selecting, structuring, improving, and executing capital projects more efficiently and sustainably.

Our team serves clients across a wide range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, mining, transportation, real estate, and the public sector (state, local, federal, and education). Within the public sector, we specialize in delivering solutions across four key areas of infrastructure: capital projects, real estate/real property, capital assets/equipment, and fleet management.

Our Canada team is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain with an emphasis on contract management.

We are seeking individuals that can lead and deliver project work streams for complex client engagements working closely with teams to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions.

How You Will Contribute

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of a client’s procurement organization and strategic sourcing capabilities.

The salary range is $140,000 - $180,000 CAD annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills and geography.
