Vitalus Nutrition Inc. in Abbotsford is seeking a Manager, Strategic Procurement to lead material sourcing and supplier risk management, ensuring production continuity across North America and globally.

You will develop sourcing strategies, build a high-performing team, negotiate contracts, and align procurement with demand forecasts to maintain supply continuity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing raw materials, ingredients, packaging, services, and negotiating supplier contracts.
• Strong understanding of supplier performance management and ERP/MRP systems such as D365, SAP, or Oracle.
• Proven critical thinking, relationship-building, and communication skills that help drive sound business decisions.
• Experience in dairy or food manufacturing, professional procurement certification (SCMP, CPSM), or advanced spend analysis capabilities would be considered an asset.
