What can you expect from this position?

Reporting to the Associate Director, Corporate Strategy, the Manager, Strategic Planning & Governance, will drive strategic communications, develop strategy materials, and facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels. You will support the executive team in establishing business cadence and governance to enable effective decision-making, performance tracking, and progress towards organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Aligning organizational activities with strategic plans, ensuring understanding and integration across departments.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop annual plans and schedules aligned with strategy and reporting requirements.
• Tracking progress against strategic goals and developing performance reports, leveraging industry data for benchmarking.
• Supporting governance of executive meetings through agenda development, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Influencing the development of KPIs aligned with strategic objectives and supporting performance monitoring platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, strategy, analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy development, strategic planning, and corporate governance, with exposure to C-suite or Board interactions.
• Experience working in a customer-centric environment.
• Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance.
