The Manager, Strategic Partnerships, will identify, evaluate, and execute mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and alliances to support DHC’s growth. This role involves leading transaction processes and collaborating with leadership, legal, finance, and operations teams for strategic alignment and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead end-to-end processes for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships, including pipeline development, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.
  2. Conduct market research, industry analysis, and financial modeling to identify potential targets and opportunities.
  3. Develop and maintain a strategic deal pipeline aligned with corporate goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all transaction phases.
  5. Prepare presentations, investment memos, and deal summaries for senior management and the Board.
  6. Support negotiation of transaction terms and coordinate legal documentation.
  7. Lead post-merger integration, including synergy tracking and risk mitigation.
  8. Build relationships with potential partners, banks, consultants, and advisors.
  9. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and M&A best practices.
  10. Support other strategic projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 7+ years in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting.
  • Proven success in leading complex transactions and negotiations.
  • Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
