This leader willlead andmanage a team ofPoint of SaleGrowth Specialists focused on accelerating adoption of Rogers Point of Sale solutions across the Small and Medium Business organization.We’reseeking someone with deep experience in payment processing, merchant services or financial technology, combined with strong sales leadership, coaching, funnelmanagementand cross-functional execution. Whatyou’lldo:
Recruit, onboard, develop and coach a team ofPoint of SaleGrowth Specialists.
Create a high-performance culturecenteredon customer outcomes,collaborationand disciplined execution.
Own national Rogers Point of Sale activation, conversion,product penetration, pipelinehealthand customer-experienceobjectives, with clear targets and regular performance reporting.
Develop strategies that grow adoption across the full SMB sales portfolio while minimizing internal channel conflict.
Overseeleadrouting,establishservice-level expectations for initialresponse andfollow-up,monitorconversionperformanceand continuously improve the handlingof Rogers.com and marketing-generated leads.
Establish weekly pipeline inspection, forecasting and deal-review rhythms.
Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Operations,Compensationand payment partners to remove barriers and improve execution.
Build scalable sales plays, vertical strategies, coachingresourcesand best practices for the broader SMB sales organization.
What you bring:
Five or more years ofpeople-leadership experiencein a sales environment.
Seven or more years ofprogressiveexperience in payment processing, merchantacquiring, merchant services, financial technology,point-of-salesolutionsor a closely related industry.
Demonstrated success leading quota-carrying or specialist sales teams.
Strong knowledge of merchant economics, payment processing, pricing models, POSecosystemsand competitive replacement strategies.
Experience managing sales funnels, forecasts, conversionperformanceand operating rhythms.
Strong coaching, communication,negotiationand stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed sales organization.
Experience withone or more merchantacquiringor point-of-sale platforms is considered an asset; examples includeClover, Fiserv, Moneris, Chase Payment Solutions, Global Payments, Elavon, Square, ToastandLightspeed.
