Ryan in Mississauga, ON is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from pre-construction through occupancy and close-out. This hands-on role requires ownership of budgets, schedules, and coordinating consultants, trades and site teams.

You will drive tendering, contract negotiations and risk mitigation, partnering with site superintendents to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Project Manager – Residential Construction Location:Mississauga, ON Work accommodation: fully on site/in office Salary: Up to $180,000 annually We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from pre-construction through occupancy and close-out. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished construction professional who can take ownership of the full project lifecycle, manage significant budgets and schedules, lead consultants and trades, and work closely with site and development teams to successfully deliver complex residential projects.

What You’ll Do
