Join to apply for the Manager, Sales Development role at Resolver, a Kroll Business.

Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce, allowing you to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. For this role, in-office presence is required 2 days per week, specifically on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

As a Manager, Sales Development (SDR Manager) at Resolver, you'll be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing the SDR team.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance sales productivity at each stage of the buying process through sales enablement. Ideally, you have coaching experience and a deep understanding of sales processes, systems, tools, and SaaS industry experience.

Our Sales Development team is dynamic and passionate, focused on reaching decision makers through outbound activities, generating interest in our offerings, and booking opportunities that lead to recurring revenue. We target risk, compliance, communications, and security leaders at leading organizations worldwide to improve their risk intelligence.

As Resolver continues to grow, we seek a Sales Development Representative Manager for our Corporate Risk SDRs. You will lead a vital function, involved in hiring, training, and coaching SDRs. We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven leader who coaches individuals to reach their full potential and is motivated by team goals.

What you'll be doing :

Coaching (40%)

  • Coach the team to meet sales targets and metrics
  • Resolve issues with Account Executives or stakeholders
  • Review call plans to optimize activity and quality
  • Mentor team members for performance improvement
  • Oversee outbound campaign prioritization
  • Review deals and assess risks

Team Building and Development (25%)

  • Support team impact through oversight and resource management
  • Participate in hiring decisions with Talent Team
  • Coordinate training for product knowledge
  • Provide regular feedback and onboarding support

Strategic Sales Planning (20%)

  • Develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Research prospects and competitive landscape
  • Participate in industry forums
  • Identify new outbound approaches

Forecasting & Documentation (15%)

  • Provide sales forecasts
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy
  • Identify and address gaps in opportunities

What you’ll bring :

  • At least 1 year of SDR management experience
  • College or University Degree in a related field
  • People management and coaching skills
  • Experience with Inside Sales or Marketing Automation tools (asset)
  • Experience in technology preferred; passion for solving business problems with technology a must
  • Domain expertise (preferred)
