Role & Responsibilities
  • Oversee support for restaurant technology health by monitoring support partner metrics and internal dashboards.
  • Drive support improvements through process enhancements and gap analysis.
  • Utilize technology tools to develop solutions that stabilize support organization.
  • Build strategic relationships with support partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Review performance KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement action plans.
  • Manage projects with attention to detail, scalability, and timing.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience with enterprise software such as Microsoft Office 365, Tableau, Grafana, Datadog, SQL.
