Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Drive continuous performance improvements with support partners and internal teams.
  2. Develop and strengthen relationships with cross-functional partners and equipment suppliers, aligning strategic goals with operational performance.
  3. Establish regular communication with global support teams to ensure alignment and process improvement from initiation to completion of projects.
  4. Review support partner KPIs to identify opportunities and develop action plans to meet targets.
  5. Utilize problem-solving, project management, and multitasking skills to conduct root cause analysis with stakeholders.
  6. Maintain data organization and system orchestration through virtualization tools.
  7. Work independently while managing cross-functional national support projects.
  8. Manage project details, risks, and implementation timelines effectively.
  9. Communicate proactively about issue status and relevant information across teams and levels.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science, Business Analytics, IT, or related fields.
  2. Experience with enterprise software such as Microsoft Office 365, Tableau, Grafana, Datadog, SQL.
  3. Understanding of relational databases, sales processes, and restaurant terminologies.
  4. QSR experience is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of restaurant technology platforms like POS systems, labor scheduling, and back-of-house systems.
  6. Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
  7. Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  8. Proven project management skills, especially for large projects, are advantageous.
