Job Title: Manager, Restaurant at Subway

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor revenues and labor costs
• Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; set work schedules
• Balance cash, complete reports, and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
• Negotiate with clients for catering or facility use

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with electronic cash registers, MS Excel, MS Word, and POS systems
• Own transportation
