Responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor revenues and labor costs
- Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff; set work schedules
- Balance cash, complete reports, and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
- Negotiate with clients for catering or facility use
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with electronic cash registers, MS Excel, MS Word, and POS systems
- Own transportation
