The Manager, Residential Lending plays a key leadership role within the Questbank Residential Lending unit, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Residential Lending. This role is primarily accountable for leading the daily operations of the underwriting team, ensuring prudent credit decisioning, and maintaining high service standard turnarounds across residential mortgage origination channels. Key deliverables include driving underwriting quality, managing team performance, maintaining strict alignment with regulatory guidelines (OSFI B-20, AML/ATF), and optimizing credit workflows. Through effective risk assessment, stakeholder management, and team leadership, this role significantly impacts operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and overall credit portfolio health across Questbank.
In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Base salary range: $105,000 - $130,000
The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
