As a Manager, Reporting, you will join our team dedicated to eliminating barriers for patients, increasing medication access, and supporting patients in receiving lifesaving treatments, all within an environment that nurtures your growth.

The Reporting team supports Mercalis by understanding assigned programs thoroughly and possessing expertise in report design and configuration.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of data and reporting analysts supporting client and internal reporting requests.
  2. Track work through the request pipeline, prioritize tasks, and provide visibility into status.
  3. Develop and monitor team workload, backlog, and productivity metrics; report regularly to management.
  4. Adhere to SLAs and performance metrics set by the Reporting and Analytics leadership.
  5. Identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring reports and collaborate with Operations on implementation.
  6. Drive efficiencies within the Reporting team and broader organization.
  7. Become an expert on Mercalis’ reporting resources, promoting the use of standard tools.
  8. Support training for the Operations team on reporting resources.
  9. Provide first-line support for end-user questions about reporting tools.
  10. Assist with ad hoc reporting and basic automation tasks.
  11. Offer leadership and professional development to analysts.
Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with diverse stakeholders, including executives and clients.
  • Detail-oriented, logical, and efficient.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership skills and a customer service mindset.
  • Experience in team collaboration.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and BI/analytics tools.
