Cenovus is seeking a Manager, Reliability Project Implementation in Calgary to lead a team delivering SAP readiness, maintenance data, and project turnover. You will coordinate across Reliability Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure accurate, ready-to-use data and handover documentation.
The role requires strong leadership, SAP expertise, and experience driving large-scale data readiness and project execution in an industrial setting.
The Manager, Reliability Project Implementation leads a team responsible for ensuring reliability strategies, project requirements, and Management of Change (MOC) deliverables are translated into complete, accurate, and operationally ready SAP maintenance data. The role's primary deliverables are SAP readiness for projects and MOCs, successful project turnover and operational handover, and effective coordination across Reliability Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Operations, and Supply Chain. Success in this role requires strong leadership, SAP and maintenance management expertise, project execution skills, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions.
