Position overview:

We seek a Product Marketing & Technology Partnerships Manager to support client-facing Sprinklr service projects and contribute to our product and innovation initiatives. This role acts as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and technology partners to ensure ICUC delivers innovative, impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced client-facing leader with knowledge of social media management platforms (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or similar), social media, and digital customer service. This individual will manage technology-driven solutions and optimize product adoption internally and externally.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, fully remote, global environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary client contact for Sprinklr-related service projects, aligning with client goals.
  2. Collaborate with the internal Sprinklr support team to ensure quality service delivery.
  3. Provide strategic recommendations on platform optimization and feature adoption.
  4. Work with Client Success on quarterly reviews to identify expansion opportunities.
  5. Stay updated on platform updates and industry trends.
  6. Lead internal training sessions on technology solutions.
  7. Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
  8. Identify market gaps and client pain points to inform product roadmap.
  9. Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams for product positioning and client support.
  10. Support the Senior Director of Product in technology and innovation strategies.
KPIs:
  1. Client Satisfaction: Maintain high satisfaction via NPS surveys.
  2. Client Retention & Growth: Achieve retention targets annually.
  3. Product Innovation & Launches: Contribute to launching 2+ new services per quarter.
  4. Technology Adoption & Training: Train internal teams on updates within 30 days.
  5. Time-to-Market Reduction: Decrease new service launch timelines by 15% year-over-year.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years in social media management, preferably in an agency with enterprise clients.
  • Experience in product management, marketing, or related fields within SaaS or digital customer experience.
  • Proven expertise with Sprinklr or similar platforms.
  • Experience launching and scaling products, translating needs into offerings.
  • Experience in sales enablement and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check.
  • Access to a suitable desktop/laptop meeting system requirements.
  • High-speed internet (minimum 30 Mbps).
  • Headset/mic and webcam for virtual communication.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
