Mastercard’s Services team is responsible for safeguarding trust in payments, both now and in the future. We ensure that transactions and interactions are safe, simple, and smart. The Card & Payment Ecosystem Security organization within Services develops and manages cybersecurity solutions that help build trust in the Mastercard ecosystem while increasing Mastercard’s leadership in cybersecurity.

Role & Responsibilities:

Mastercard uses global threat intelligence to secure today’s digital economy – in the payments ecosystem and beyond. The Product Manager will oversee the threat intelligence process supporting the Card & Payment Ecosystem Security product. This role involves developing threat intelligence deliverables based on business needs, market opportunities, and cyber-enabled fraud trends. The manager will lead a team of analysts researching cyber threats impacting merchants and financial services.

  1. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to market, ensuring successful product launch.
  2. Manage the collection and analysis of customer feedback related to payment card fraud.
  3. Develop comprehensive business cases addressing the latest threats impacting payments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Legal, and Account Management to align product success with customer needs.
  5. Stay updated on evolving cyber-enabled fraud, scams, and payment security landscape.
  6. Lead efforts to incorporate transaction dataset expertise into product strategy.
  7. Present findings, updates, and strategies to varied audiences, tailoring content accordingly.
  8. Ensure effective team communication and coordination to meet deadlines and objectives.

All About You:

  • Proven experience leading product development from concept to launch, fostering innovation and success.
  • Ability to present complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical product strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with fraud-related data, including authentication, authorization, and chargebacks.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of payment card fraud landscape.
  • Fraud or cybersecurity certification preferred.
