Manager, Product Management, Identity Solutions

Role Overview

The Identity Solutions team develops innovative products that assist partners in customer identification and enable secure digital experiences in payments and beyond. A key focus is the Payment Verification team, which creates global e-commerce identity risk insights and data sharing services to verify consumer identities, reduce payment fraud, and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build risk insights for network token use cases.
  2. Develop and manage the token insights product roadmap, collaborating with data science, engineering, product marketing, regional partners, and digital product teams.
  3. Prioritize projects based on customer feedback and business needs.
  4. Oversee the delivery of token insights from inception to launch, ensuring thorough documentation.
  5. Analyze insights performance to identify improvement areas.
  6. Define success metrics and monitor KPIs to ensure product effectiveness.
  7. Lead product launches, including pilot programs.
Candidate Profile
  • Extensive product management experience, ideally with risk or fraud products.
  • Knowledge of payment fraud scenarios such as account takeover, synthetic identities, and social engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills and intuition.
  • Problem-solving enthusiasm and external/internal collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven and adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • SQL and/or Python scripting skills are advantageous.
