Fidelity Canada is seeking a Manager of Practice Enablement & Adoption to lead the development and coaching of a high-performing team focused on driving adoption of Wealth processes, tools, and best practices. You will partner with Enablement, Operations and Wealth Leadership to close adoption gaps and standardize practices across the advisor channel.

You will build scalable programs, translate training into action, and coach advisors to consistently implement efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services industry.
  • Experience in Canadian wealth management, financial services enablement, practice management, advisor support, or operations.
  • Experienced people leader with a passion for talent development and a proven ability to build, coach, and leverage high-performing teams to achieve objectives.
  • Registered Representative registration with CIRO required.
  • CFP or other industry designations considered an asset but not required.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex processes and drive practical execution.
  • Familiarity with advisor technology platforms, operational procedures, and practice management concepts.
  • Strong understanding of advisor workflows and wealth management operational processes within the Canadian regulatory environment.
  • Experience supporting advisor adoption, business process implementation, or operational change management.
  • Experience in training or practice management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with advisors to reinforce operational processes, tools, and workflows following formal training initiatives.
  • Support advisors in effectively adopting firm systems, technology, and business processes.
  • Translate training into practical, repeatable day-to-day execution.
  • Identify common friction points and barriers to adoption across advisor practices.
  • Promote consistency in advisor operational practices and process adherence.
  • Monitor trends and recurring issues to identify systemic opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation of scalable best practices across the advisor channel.
  • Act as a key feedback loop between advisors and Enablement team.
  • Provide field insights to improve training effectiveness, clarity, and usability.
  • Collaborate with Operations and other internal stakeholders to support smoother advisor execution.
  • Assist with rollout support for new tools, workflows, and operational initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with advisors through practical, hands-on support.
  • Increase advisor confidence in navigating firm processes and systems.
  • Reduce dependency on subject matter experts for repeated retraining and troubleshooting.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that aligns with Fidelity’s values and collaborates cross-functionally.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, address performance, and support development goals.
  • Drive talent management strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Promote Fidelity culture and employee engagement.

  • The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

What We Do

The Manager Practice Management plays a critical role in helping advisors consistently adopt and execute against Fidelity Wealth’s processes, tools, and best practices. Acting as the bridge between enablement and day-to-day execution, this role ensures training translates into sustainable advisor behaviour and scalable business practices. This individual partners closely with Enablement, Operations, and Wealth Leadership to identify adoption gaps, reinforce standards, and improve the overall effectiveness and consistency of advisor practices. This person will also build a high-performing team of Practice Management facilitators and specialists designed to ensure the long-term success of Fidelity Wealth Advisors and Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about helping advisors build more efficient, scalable businesses.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Advisor Practice Enablement & Adoption

  • Engage employees in development conversations and provide support towards to their development goals, with a focus on continuous learning and upskilling.

  • Conduct annual goal setting by establishing clear and measurable goals, ensuring alignment and support of department strategy.

  • Successfully execute end to end yearend performance review cycle.

  • Work with HR Business Partners to develop talent management strategies to attract and retain talent.

  • Drive employee engagement by supporting and promoting people programs and enabling Fidelity’s culture.

What We’re Looking For
  • Completion of a University degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services industry

  • Experience in Canadian wealth management, financial services enablement, practice management, advisor support, or operations.

  • Experienced people leader with a passion for talent development and a proven ability to build, coach, and leverage the capabilities of high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.

For this role, your total rewards include:

  • Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus:Total annual cash compensation(base salary plus target bonus)ranges from $127,000-$158,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
