Job summary

MS Canada is seeking a Manager, Planning and Evaluation to advance the organization’s mission through strategic and operational planning and execution. The role will drive performance and impact evaluation while collaborating across teams to align initiatives with the IDEA principles and strategic priorities.

The position is full-time (35 hours/week) anywhere in Canada, with hybrid work arrangements and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

  • Experience in performance measurement, evaluation, and impact reporting.
  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills with ability to translate insights into recommendations.
  • Ability to lead or coordinate organizational planning processes, including workflow design, tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement across teams and levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for concise reports.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual enterprise planning processes across the organization, including workflow development, data tracking, analysis and reporting.
  • Design, implement, and improve data collection, evaluation processes and measurement tools.
  • Support the President’s office on the execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborates across the organization to lead annual enterprise planning processes, including workflow development, data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrates organizational impact by designing, implementing, and continuously improving data collection, evaluation processes, and measurement tools.

  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing concise reportsfor varying audiences.

  • Is abletomanage multiple priorities andsupportstrategic initiatives from planning through execution in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Has experience with OKR framework(isconsideredan asset).

  • Has experience engaging senior leadership or executive offices(is considered an asset).
  • Has formal project management training or certification(is considered an asset).
