We are seeking a highly motivated leader to oversee our Personal Health Insurance division, focusing on strategic development, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams of underwriters, providing guidance on complex cases and escalations.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience using lean management principles.
• Monitor performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Foster leadership within teams through coaching and feedback.
• Utilize data insights for capacity planning and demand forecasting.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively through presentations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Life, Critical Illness, and Personal Health Insurance products.
