YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Director, People and Culture, the Manager, People and Culture supports certain specific sectors of the ALDO Group while having under his leadership 3 business partners, Human Resources. His role is to support the various departments in the realization of the Human Resources component of their business plan / objectives while ensuring the deployment and implementation of corporate HR programs. He is also required to support and coach managers on key skills and good management practices. His role as a manager also leads him to support business partners both in the application of the various programs and in the development of their professional skills.
Supported departments are located at the Montreal head office. The Manager, People and Culture will also have the opportunity to participate in special projects to improve HR processes or related to the specific needs of the departments supported.
