Finning Canada is seeking a dynamic Mining Parts & Warehouse Manager to lead our mining parts, inventory and warehouse operations in Canada. You will oversee procurement, receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution while mentoring a team of parts and warehouse professionals.

The role emphasizes safety, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement in challenging mining environments. Camp accommodations and flights are included as part of the package, with a focus on delivering reliable parts

Qualifications

• Experience leading mining parts and warehouse operations.
• Experience with mining, heavy equipment environments preferred.
• Strong inventory control and procurement knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

What You Will Do

• Lead safe, efficient, and cost-effective mining parts and warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory levels and stocking strategies to ensure optimal parts availability.
• Oversee procurement, receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution of parts and supplies.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of parts and warehouse professionals.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, inventory accuracy, fill rates, customer service, and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in parts, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, procurement, warehouse management, and distribution processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work directly with large Mining Customer
