Job summary

Autismservices in Saskatoon seeks a Manager of Partnerships, Sponsorships & Community Relations to lead the development, execution and evaluation of strategic partnerships and sponsorships that advance organizational objectives and Saskatchewan's culture of safety. You will oversee events, activations, community initiatives, and align messaging across units.

The role reports to the VP, Prevention and Employer Services and may be based in Regina or Saskatoon. Permanent, full-time appointment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, communications, PR, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum seven years of progressive experience in partnerships, sponsorships, stakeholder engagement and/or community relations.
  • Experience in event management, activations and large-scale engagement initiatives.
  • Experience managing contracts, sponsorship agreements and external partnerships.
  • Cross-sector collaboration experience (public, private, non-profit).
  • Strong branding, communications and stakeholder engagement knowledge.
  • Experience with CSR/ESG or social impact initiatives.
  • Financial and contract management experience.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety systems or related regulatory environments is an asset.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, execution and evaluation of strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee external relationship management, event planning and activations, community impact programs.
  • Collaborate across business units to align messaging, branding and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Job Summary: The Manager, Partnerships, Sponsorships & Community Relations is responsible for leading the development, execution and evaluation of strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives that advance organizational objectives and strengthen Saskatchewans culture of safety.

This role oversees external relationship management, event planning and activations, community impact initiatives, and works collaboratively across business units to align messaging, branding, and stakeholder engagement strategies. The Manager ensures effective use of resources, high-impact partnerships, and consistent delivery of programs that enhance the organization’s reputation and influence.

Position reports to the VP, Prevention and Employer Services.

  • Proven experience in event management, activations and large-scale engagement initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of branding, communications and stakeholder engagement principles.
