Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Manager, Foundational HR Systems to lead the global HR technology stack across Workday and ServiceNow HRSD. You will guide a team of analysts, partner with P&C CoEs, and drive platform standards, governance, and operational processes across HR platforms.

• Demonstrate strong technical and business acumen across the system lifecycle (build, deploy, operate, optimize)

The P&C Operations group provides an elevated and global people experience powered by Digital. This includes enabling CoEs through digital platforms, delivering shared services through Service Delivery, and supporting a product-centric operating model.

A day in the life: What you do

Define, maintain, and implement platform standards, governance, and operational processes across Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow HRSD ensuring accuracy, availability, and alignment with business needs

Core Responsibilities

The Manager, Foundational HR Systems is part of the P&C Operations function and oversees a team of Business Analysts, Sr. Functional Analysts, and Functional Analysts.

This role partners closely with P&C CoEs, global business stakeholders, and technology teams to define and deliver Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring alignment to business needs and service delivery outcomes.
