lululemon is seeking a Compensation & Job Architecture Lead to evolve our global job architecture framework. The role partners with Workforce Planning, Legal, and P&C to enable growth and ensure governance across compensation processes.
You will educate stakeholders, manage job profiles, and drive self-service governance while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Hybrid work with onsite collaboration four days a week.

As part of the Compensation team and reporting to the Manager, Compensation, this role is a unique opportunity to shape foundational compensation programs at lululemon. This role is responsible for leading our job architecture program of work and is a key player in supporting to creating efficiencies between this body of work and our job evaluation processes and supporting our compensation partners and the broader P&C teams to enable the future growth of our business.
The main focus of the role is on Job Architecture program evolution - the incumbent in the role will continue to refine our framework to support our business and create a seamless people experience whilst evolving the framework to support business needs. This role will also support future compensation related projects and programs as required to support the evolving needs of our business.
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $88,000-$115,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
