The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness is a strategic leader responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide people strategies aligned to our Masco Canada Strategy and Objectives. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this role oversees Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Analytics, Organizational Development, Change Management, Organizational Design, Inclusion & Belonging, Employer Branding, Succession Planning, Internal Communications, AI Transformation, Employee Recognition, Policy Development and HR Governance. In partnership with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), the HR team, HQ and business leaders, the Manager identifies organizational and leadership capability gaps and develops innovative, data-driven solutions that strengthen organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, workforce capability and employee experience. This role champions continuous improvement, employee engagement, inclusion, legislative compliance and operational excellence while fostering a high-performing culture where employees grow, succeed, and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
Core Functions Lead and develop the Organizational Effectiveness Team, including the Talent Acquisition Partner and Manager, Talent Development & HR Analytics, to achieve our Company Strategy and Objectives Develop and execute enterprise-wide Organizational Effectiveness strategies, in partnership with HRBPs, HR team, and HQ Serve as a Strategic Business Partner to key stakeholders: President, VPs, HRBPs, HR, SLT, People Leaders providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent, leadership and workforce strategies. Lead strategic initiatives that support continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence; while strengthening organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, employee experience and organizational performance. Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture through leadership development, employee engagement and employer branding. Develop and maintain HR governance, policies, internal controls and compliance with applicable Canadian employment legislation. Talent Management (Attraction, Assessment, Retention & Development) Develop and execute the organization's Talent Management strategy to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent aligned with business objectives. Lead enterprise talent acquisition, workforce planning, talent review, and succession planning processes in partnership with HR Business Partners and people leaders. Foster a culture of continuous learning by overseeing leadership development, career development, and succession readiness initiatives. Leverage HR analytics and workforce trends to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Organizational Effectiveness & Organizational Development Lead organizational design and development initiatives. Develop and execute the Learning & Development Strategy based on identified gaps and organizational needs. Facilitate organizational assessments and recommend improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness. Change Management & Internal Communications Develop and implement change management and internal communication strategies that support organizational transformation. Partner with leaders to assess change impacts, build organizational readiness and drive successful adoption of strategic initiatives. Employer Branding & Employee Experience Lead employee engagement, employer branding, inclusion & belonging, onboarding, recognition and employee experience strategies. Oversee Best Employer award submissions, employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives and internal communications that strengthen the Employee Value Proposition. Organizational Design & Job Grade Reclassification Lead organizational restructuring, organizational design and job grade reclassification initiatives. Partner with Total Rewards to ensure organizational structures, support internal equity, market competitiveness and workforce planning. AI Transformation & HR Analytics Lead HR AI transformation and automation initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency. Oversee enterprise HR analytics, workforce dashboards, predictive analytics and data governance to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Policy Development, Governance, Compliance & Internal Controls Develop and maintain Human Resources policies, governance frameworks and internal controls that support organizational effectiveness and compliance. Ensure compliance with applicable employment, labour, health and safety, human rights, pay equity, accessibility, privacy and workplace legislation. Develop governance frameworks that support effective HR operations. Monitor legislative changes, support audits, identify organizational risks and recommend policy and process improvements.
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field CHRL designation is desirable Coaching/Mentoring certifications are desirable Strong experience in organizational effectiveness, talent management, organizational development, leadership capabilities, employee engagement, HR analytics and change management. Demonstrated success leading strategic HR initiatives, organizational transformation and cross-functional projects in partnership with senior leaders. Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing teams while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills, with experience engaging executive-level audiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices.

Hiring Range: $91,000.00 - $140,800.00 CAD The salary range shown reflects the expected annual base salary for this open position, plus other wage amounts such as annual bonus, profit sharing, and commissions.
