The Manager, Organizational Development & Engagement reports into the Senior Director, Human Resources and is responsible for the strategic design, development, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation of high-impact organizational development, learning, and engagement programs that build a high-performance culture and enhance organizational effectiveness.
This role provides leadership in talent management, employee and leadership development, instructor-led and self-directed learning programs, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Overall responsibility for the design, development, and execution of talent strategies with direct influence over learning and development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and DEI initiatives. Collaborates with Global and North American HR partners to align talent priorities, share best practices, and advance people initiatives across the organization.
Training & DevelopmentSalary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. The salary range for this role is $75,000 – $100,000, actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and internal compensation practices.
