Medavie Health Services New Brunswick in Hillsborough is seeking an Operations Manager to lead staff and systems for ambulance service delivery in the Hillsborough administrative area.
You will report to the Regional Director, oversee recruitment, staff development, and implement improvements to meet performance targets while ensuring high-quality patient care. A paramedic with leadership, IT, and HR experience is ideal; travel across New Brunswick is required, and bilingualism is an asset.

* We are looking for an Operations Manager, Hillsborough to help us ensure patients receive exemplary, highly coordinated primary health care in the right place, from the right provider, at the right time. Located in Hillsborough, the incumbent will be responsible to manage staff and systems to meet the performance requirements of the ambulance service for the administrative area of Hillsborough. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will assist with the Company Corporate Strategic Goals, build staff capabilities, and implement changes to improve service levels. The overall general role of this position is to direct and provide oversight for the workforce in a positive manner.
* The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Medavie employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs. Payments under these programs are discretionary and subject to both individual and organizational results. While Medavie may use automated tools, including AI, to support application screening, candidates are expected to complete all recruitment interactions independently- without AI assistance to ensure a fair and equitable process.
