Manulife is seeking a Manager for the Office of the CEO to drive execution of the CEO agenda and enterprise priorities. You will lead executive communications, develop briefing materials, and coordinate with senior leaders and partners to ensure timely delivery of priority initiatives.

The role requires strong judgment, fast synthesis, and the ability to manage confidential work in a hybrid Toronto environment. A business strategy background and MBA are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate or business strategy, executive office support, management consulting, business transformation, or related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, public policy, international relations, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Strong judgment, fast synthesis, and ability to manage confidential, time-sensitive work.
  • Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief of Staff and Office of the CEO in advancing enterprise priorities, executive engagements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level materials, briefings, and communications for the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Help drive the planning and execution of leadership forums, external engagements, and special projects.
  • Support the Office of the CEO agenda by coordinating scheduling priorities and operational details with Executive Assistants and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against key initiatives, identify dependencies, and facilitate timely follow-up with stakeholders.

The team connects strategic content, relationship management, and execution disciplines across business segments, functions, geographies and external partners. The role requires strong judgment, fast synthesis, and the ability to manage confidential, time-sensitive work with a high degree of professionalism.Your RoleAs Manager for OCEO, you will support the execution of the CEO agenda and enterprise priorities by leading strategic deliverables, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and special projects. You will coordinate with senior leaders and key partners to develop executive-ready materials, drive alignment, and ensure effective execution of priority initiatives.
