Manager of Analytics and Data Science
Location: Niagara Falls, NY (Flexible work options available)
Reports to: Vice President, Research & Development, Frank Ortiz

Collain is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager of Analytics and Data Science to join our team. In this role, you will design and lead the development of innovative software solutions that support healthcare providers in the Long Term and Post Acute Care (LTPAC) sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-performance software systems and provide technical leadership across projects. This position will report to Frank Ortiz, Vice President, Research & Development of our Collain business unit.

3. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
