Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Field Leader to oversee installation, construction and modernization projects. You will define objectives, manage teams and subcontractors, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on time and on budget.

The role emphasizes safety, ethics, quality risk management, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to collaborate across engineering and major projects teams within a global leader in vertical transportation.

Qualifications

• A high school education is required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 5 years).
• You have experience with the elevator and building trades, preferred.
• You have experience in teams' management, project coordination and sites surveys.
• Safety is your top priority.
• You have excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• You are self-reliant, with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumen.
