The Manager role will oversee production operations, optimize GBM MIS reporting applications, and provide solutions to client business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports based on business needs.
2. Create and implement automated processes to improve efficiency and performance.
3. Utilize data modeling for report enhancement or replacement.
4. Maintain GBM Essbase cubes, including outline updates and data uploads for month-end, forecasts, and plans.
5. Assist in developing and implementing enhancements to GBM Essbase cubes.
6. Support GBM Essbase cube users and regional finance through training and ad hoc queries.
7. Document processes and procedures, including user guides and training materials.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. At least 3 years of experience in programming, visualization, or data management.
2. Proficiency in accessing, compiling, and analyzing large data sets using SAS, SQL Server Management Studio, VBA, or Python.
3. Minimum 3 years of Power BI experience.
4. Experience with Oracle Essbase cubes is an asset.
5. Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle BI, and COFA is preferred.
6. Experience or familiarity with GBM or similar products is beneficial.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong time management skills.
8. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
