  • Ensure adherence to the merchant sales governance framework in collaboration with the stakeholders and segment partners. Analyze and evaluate the sales process, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and propose and implement solutions to streamline and improve overall sales operations.
  • Support the maintenance of sales process documentation, including sales playbooks, standard operating procedures, and best practices. Ensure the sales team is well-informed and adhering to established processes.
  • Support the fostering of an environment in which the internal stakeholders and external partners pursue effective and efficient operations, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations of operational risk, sales conduct, regulatory and compliance risk.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree/post graduate degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales operations, enablement, project/portfolio management or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams
