Cossette Media in Toronto is seeking a Manager, Media Planning to oversee a portfolio of clients and develop multi-channel media strategies. You will maintain strong partner and client relationships, drive campaign development, and ensure KPIs are met across offline and online channels.

The role emphasizes a strong digital focus, collaboration with senior leads, and opportunities to contribute to growth and transformation programs within the agency.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of integrated media planning experience.
• Expert knowledge of all forms of media including planning tools and best practices.
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently.
• Strong presentation skills & excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience with industry leading media planning tools.

• Developing and presenting integrated media plans to clients with a focus on a full funnel approach, including both offline and online media (strong digital a must!)
• Managing day to day client relationships and workstreams
• Working with senior business lead to drive our client’s business growth by behaving as a true trusted business partner
• Working with digital practice leads to manage growth opportunities and transformation programs including digital solutions
• Accuracy and quality control of client budgets
• Expert use of Media planning tools, functions and process
• Managing, training and developing junior team members as well coordinating with specialized partners across the agency
• Striving and pushing for award winning work

As a Manager, Media Planning for Cossette Media you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include identifying consumer, category, product and competitive insights to develop media strategies. You will maintain strong partner and client relationships. You will also be responsible for the development of campaigns while ensuring that we are meeting campaign KPIs.

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $70,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.
