Manager, Marketing Technology and User Experience

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise CRM Business Project, within the Marketing & Communications division, the Manager will oversee our marketing technology solutions, including websites, intranet, extranets, and software. They will understand the components of a MarTech stack, develop and mature the marketing technology roadmap, and ensure efficient interactions among our platforms. They will create data-driven, integrated user experiences by collaborating with stakeholders to advance marketing technology strategies. They will design user experience plans that foster positive employee and member experiences, leveraging new technologies in partnership with other divisions. Additionally, they will work with internal and external teams to execute campaigns aimed at acquiring and retaining members.

We seek a proactive manager with strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for innovation who stays current with MarTech trends and implements them. They should identify operational efficiencies and continuously improve processes. Working with vendors and stakeholders, they will oversee the development and management of digital assets to create optimal user experiences.

Qualifications

Education, Certifications, and Licenses: College Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field, plus experience in market segmentation, research, customer data analysis, or related areas.

Experience:

  • Website, intranet/extranet management, including SEO support
  • UX management
  • Business needs analysis and requirements gathering for UX
  • Metrics, reports, and analysis for members and employees
  • Market research and industry trend analysis
  • Software license management
  • Policy and process development
  • Presentation development and delivery
  • Facilitation and group training
  • Relationship building
  • Experience with marketing automation software (MS Customer Insights) and MS Dynamics CRM
  • Project management

Additional qualities include client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Language Requirements

Bilingual (English and French) essential. Reading: Advanced, Writing: Functional, Oral: Advanced.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position, with work partly from the office and partly from home, subject to approval. It is a temporary role starting June 2, 2025, and ending July 7, 2028, with a possibility of extension.
