  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with external creative, content, and social media agencies, ensuring deliverables are aligned with QuadReal’s brand guidelines, corporate strategy, and campaign objectives.
Content & Social Media Management
  • Own the enterprise editorial calendar and set the content strategy behind it, ensuring alignment with corporate, asset class, and platform activities to build engagement and reach across corporate channels.

  • Monitor and report on social media KPIs, content performance, and website traffic driven by social channels, surfacing insights to inform planning, programming, and content pillars.
  • Build and maintain a regular reporting cadence for leadership — channel dashboards, campaign post‑mortems, and benchmarking against peer and sector performance.
  • Use structured testing (format, timing, creative, messaging) to refine the content approach, and translate results into recommendations that shape go‑forward planning and execution.
  • Oversee community management, setting response protocols and escalation paths, and personally handling sensitive or reputational inquiries.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or social media management, including experience leading campaigns or programs end to end.
  • University degree in a related field of study considered an asset, though an equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience owning agency and vendor relationships — scoping work, managing budget, and holding creative and content deliverables to brand and strategic standards.
