Phreesia's Network Solutions department is looking for a Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our growing Marketing team. The Manager will be responsible for measuring and optimizing Phreesia’s marketing efforts and making recommendations to the organization as well as senior leadership on future marketing strategies, metrics and KPIs. In this role, you will work collaboratively with many internal teams including Marketing, Analytics & Insights, Sales Operations, Strategy & Research, and Client Experience, as well as senior leaders across the business.

This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in the EST/CST time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Understand our marketing initiatives and recommend measurement approaches, optimizations, and recommendations at the tactic, channel, and campaign level.
  • Build and maintain marketing effectiveness reports, evaluating all company tactics, channels, and campaigns.
  • Bring fresh, strategic thinking, and turn ambiguous problems into concrete solutions in a consultative manner.
  • Be the expert on our marketing data availability work cross functionally to ensure it’s quality and clarity.
  • Be a key stakeholder in our marketing data infrastructure work and ensure that large internal initiatives deliver the types of data needed to optimize marketing efforts over time.
  • Lead A/B testing to inform brand positioning, content strategy, and better understand audience quality.
  • Contribute individually, as well as build relationships with internal team members.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • At least 5+ years of marketing analytics experience. B2B SaaS and DTC Marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent ability to articulate key insights from complex data to a wide variety of non-technical audiences. Strong ability to visualize and present data.
  • Ability to think strategically, knowing how to utilize data to guide bigger picture decisions
  • High energy self-starter who enjoys finding creative solutions to complex problems
  • A resourceful problem-solver with analytical skills whose expertise are analyzing data, extracting relevant and compelling insights from data
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, possessing intellectual curiosity to dig into data.
  • Able to find the underlying cause of a problem, willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Team player that is comfortable going against the grain and backing up opinion with data
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, and the entire Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in SQL, Salesforce, Google Analytics
  • Experience with Marketing Attribution Tools, Marketo, and Gong a plus
  • Moz, Meta business suite, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Bing Ads
