Your expertise will help shape our strategies and ensure that our educational materials reach those who need them most.*Responsibilities** Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation* Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities* Oversee the company's marketing budget and expenditures* Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools and materials* Utilize digital marketing techniques such as SEO, email marketing, and social media to enhance brand visibility* Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing* Regularly report the situation and updates to the Hong Kong office.*Requirements** Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.* Ability to clearly articulate creative vision to internal and external stakeholders and provide direction on product and line development while considering manufacturing needs and limitations.* A proactive leader and team player who can both think big and execute on the smallest details.* Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.* Knowledge of children?s media and general market awareness of brands targeted to kids ages 2-15.* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, project management, or business development; experience in immigration, education, or asset management sectors preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (preferred).This role requires three days per week at our Richmond office.
