Role Description

We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial leader to help shape impact investing in Canada. The successful candidate will have experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration, and will oversee initiatives to grow the impact investing sector and support the Government of Canada’s Social Finance Fund.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and deliver three major projects: governance and education for foundations, institutional investor engagement, and a pilot impact fund in arts and culture.
2. Manage relationships with project partners and vendors, represent the organization in national conversations, and collaborate with communication teams to share learnings.
3. Develop resources, build systems for insights, and ensure projects contribute to systemic change in impact investing.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of cross-sector project leadership experience.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
• Familiarity with foundations, investors, and public-private partnerships is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; French skills are an asset.
