A leading company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team in optimizing production processes and ensuring product quality. The role involves collaboration across departments and requires strong leadership and technical skills. Candidates should have a background in manufacturing engineering and experience in project management. This position also emphasizes adherence to safety and quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to design, implement, and optimize production processes. This is a critical role in leading new product introduction efforts. The role involves working closely with production, quality control, and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reduce production costs, and ensure product quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor the manufacturing engineering team to ensure effective performance.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes.
Manage engineering projects related to process improvements, new product introductions, and facility upgrades.
Provide technical support to the production floor to address any issues related to machinery, tooling, or production methods.
Ensure all manufacturing processes meet or exceed quality standards.
Work within budgetary constraints while ensuring that manufacturing processes are cost-effective.
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for process design and optimization.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Safety Requirements

Quality and Environmental Responsibilities
Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the AS9100 and / or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
