A prominent consulting firm is seeking a Manager for Learning Advisory and Special Projects. This role involves implementing learning strategies, influencing stakeholders, and delivering innovative learning solutions. As a Manager, Learning Advisory and Special Projects, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Learning Advisory, and Tax & Legal business leaders to implement the Learning & Development (L&D) strategy for the practice—supporting the development and targeted upskilling of professionals at every level. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on national Tax & Legal initiatives through special projects.

Success in this role depends on your ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive learning outcomes that support the evolving needs of the Tax & Legal Practice.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $140,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
