Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Leadership, you will identify opportunities, set priorities, and deliver solutions that expand the impact of MHS products beyond the core application experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team that directly shapes how customers experience MHS technology, turning integrations into practical, strategic solutions that improve workflows, increase adoption, and deliver measurable value.

Core Qualifications
  • Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for integrations, implementations, workflow solutions, and platform enablement across the MHS product portfolio.
  • Evaluate and prioritize technology and emerging platform investments.

  • Partner with Product Management and Leadership to define platform direction, ecosystem strategy, and implementation capabilities.
  • Promote AI, automation, and reusable frameworks to improve scalability and delivery efficiency.
  • Define metrics for customer value, implementation success, adoption, platform use, and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to expand MHS capabilities through partnerships, integrations, and workflow-focused solutions.

  • Develop repeatable frameworks, templates, accelerators, and automation to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Integrate MHS solutions with Azure, Power Platform, Salesforce, Workday, EPIC, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Drive workflow-based solutions that address meaningful customer challenges beyond API connectivity.
  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Lead the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable integration architectures across cloud and enterprise environments.
  • Establish standards, governance, and best practices for API integrations, workflow automation, security, and platform extensibility.
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, cloud-native solutions, and AI-enabled technologies.
  • Partner with architects and senior engineers to align technical direction with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Ensure alignment between solution design, implementation execution, and operational support.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services on solution design, planning, and adoption.
  • Translate customer and business needs into scalable technical solutions.
