The Canada Integrated Marketing team serves as the strategic hub translating business objectives into cohesive, full-funnel marketing plans that integrate all channels and creative touchpoints. They hold goals for audience and LOB growth and achieve them by leading audience-first, business-aligned marketing strategies across channel and creative teams.

About the Role

The Manager, Integrated Marketing – Co-Marketing leads DoorDash Canada's co-marketing strategy across Restaurants, Grocery, Retail, and CPG. Responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive business growth, this role builds and maintains high-impact partner relationships, uncovers new opportunities for growth, and leads complex cross‑functional initiatives across multiple lines of business.

As the strategic connector across merchant partners, business stakeholders, channel teams, and creative partners, this role translates business objectives into impactful co‑marketing campaigns and scalable partnership programs. They own annual planning, partner prioritization, budget management, campaign development, and performance measurement, ensuring strong alignment from strategy through execution.

The Manager is a strategic thinker, strong operator, and effective influencer with a proven track record of driving results through partnership marketing. This role operates in a fast‑paced, highly ambiguous environment and brings a strong bias for action, commercial mindset, and collaborative spirit to every initiative.

  • Develop and lead co-marketing strategies across Restaurants, Grocery, Retail, and CPG, building strong partner relationships that drive mutual business growth and deliver value for customers, merchants, and DoorDash.
  • Own annual co-marketing planning, partner prioritization, and campaign roadmaps, partnering closely with Growth, Brand, Retention, Creative, and business stakeholders to align marketing investments with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns, ensuring clear goals, strong cross-functional alignment, and seamless delivery from strategy through launch.
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact co-marketing opportunities that drive incremental business results, unlock new monetization opportunities, and strengthen DoorDash's position with key merchant and brand partners.
  • Serve as the primary connector across internal and external stakeholders, proactively communicating campaign performance, surfacing risks, and driving alignment on priorities, timelines, and business outcomes.
  • Establish measurement frameworks and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and inform future co-marketing strategies and investments.
  • Own the co-marketing strategy and integration across all Integrated Marketing campaigns, including Consumer Occasions, Sports partnerships, DashPass partnerships and more.

  • You have 6+ years of integrated marketing strategy and execution experience with a minimum of 4+ years in a Manager role, including setting and reporting against integrated marketing goals.
  • You have experience in partner management, building and running co-branded campaigns, and an understanding of how to operate with a partner-centric mindset.
  • You have experience building or managing partnership monetization models within the marketing space.
  • You have a clear understanding of the full-funnel marketing mix across a variety of online and offline mediums including media (OOH, paid search/display/social), experiential, in-store, PR etc. and how they work together to present a cohesive and integrated campaign in market.
  • You are experienced in managing budgets and allocating spend across marketing levers to drive the biggest and most efficient impact.
  • Have experience using AI tools within your day-to-day (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • You have experience in analyzing data to understand and determine performance and to glean insights for future work.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented and know how to seek the answers you need.
  • You are a strong communicator and are comfortable dealing with various levels of seniority within an organization.
  • You possess incredible organizational skills and attention to detail because you strive for execution excellence.
  • You lead with curiosity and seek out opportunities to do things differently and drive innovation to improve business impact.
Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
