The Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) is a leading international authority on responsible gambling (RG) - providing insights to industry stakeholders through its research and advisory services, problem gambling prevention programs, and accrediting responsible gambling initiatives to gambling companies across the globe. Based in Toronto, RGC operates independently from the gaming industry, allowing it to offer unbiased insights and services related to responsible gambling.
As an integral member of the Advisory Services team, and reporting to the Associate Director, the Manager, Instructional Design and Learning Innovation will employ innovative and creative strategies to design, develop and deliver various online, in-person, synchronous and asynchronous learning programs. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in working with clients to identify their training needs, employing the latest methodologies to design and develop engaging learning solutions, and creating awareness and understanding about gambling-related risks and harms via impactful training programs. Key competencies required are: very strong writing skills, previous experience developing training programs, a keen attention to detail, an ability to engage and motivate diverse learners, and enthusiasm for working collaboratively from a public health lens.

Annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $79,000, commensurate with skills and experience, plus comprehensive benefits including virtual health care, personal and health care spending accounts and Group RRSP, and flexible work environment.
RGC operates in a hybrid work environment.The successful candidate will be expected to work in the Toronto office when needed.
