Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a senior Inbound Technology & Analytics lead who will shape the multi-year inbound tech roadmap and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics capabilities. This role reports to the Senior Director of Inbound Logistics and requires extensive experience in logistics tech and data-driven decision making.

  • University or above in the fields of Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Computer Science or Data Science.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • 8+ years of logistics and supply chain technology experience, preferably with retail background.
  • Strong analytics and system solutions skills.

  • Translate inbound business priorities into capability needs and input into the inbound technology and analytics roadmap in partnership with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to enable aligned solution delivery for all current and future Inbound Technology applications/platforms.
  • Drive execution and adoption of inbound reporting and analytics across global teams.
  • Own inbound reporting and metric governance, ensuring data integrity, consistent definitions, and aligned reporting practices in partnership with the Global Fulfillment Analytics CoEs.
  • Manage and improve the inbound reporting landscape for speed, usability, and relevance.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through analysis and operational performance monitoring.
  • Support capability development and change adoption under Director guidance.

about this team

This role encompasses Inbound Technology & Analytics responsibilities across global Inbound Logistics landscape. It is a vital role in supporting the Senior Director of Inbound Logistics in developing multi-year inbound technology road map and strategy, defining technological initiatives, scopes and objectives by involving relevant Center of Excellences (CoEs), cross-functional and Global Fulfillment stakeholders, and deliver to technical, financial, and operational excellence.

qualifications

  • University or above in the fields of Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Computer Science or Data Science. Scrum Master certification a plus.
  • 8+ years of logistics and supply chain technology experiences, preferably with retail background.
  • Managed strategic initiative development, implementation and evaluation.
  • Strong analytics and system solutions skills.
  • Ability to multi-task a must
  • Mathematical, statistical and financial structure knowledge a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

compensation and benefits package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$116,200 - $152,600annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
