Job summary

Charm Diamond Centres in Canada is seeking a dynamic Manager in Training to help develop high-performing teams and deliver an exceptional personal shopping experience for customers. The role emphasizes leadership, sales excellence, and creating memorable moments for clients.

You will coach and motivate staff, manage schedules, and ensure staff levels meet store needs while upholding company standards and security procedures. Training is provided to build strong leadership and sales capabilities.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about developing and building great teams that deliver industry-leading customer service. A solid track record of successful sales and some retail management with a jewellery background would be considered an asset.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The pay range for this position is $15.50 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate, guaranteed commissions, and a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
