Charm Diamond Centres is growing and looking for a dynamic and passionate Manage in Training to join our team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about developing and building great teams that deliver industry-leading customer service.

A solid track record of successful sales and some retail management with a jewellery background would be considered an asset. You will coach and develop staff, drive sales, manage schedules, and ensure exceptional shopper experiences across all shifts,

The pay range for this position is $15.50 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate, guaranteed commissions, and a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
