The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Manager-in-Training at ALDO is on a clear path to leadership, developing the skills needed to grow into a Store Manager role. You learn by doing and gaining hands‑on experience in driving sales, delivering great customer service, and supporting the day‑to‑day leadership of the team.

You play an active role on the floor while building confidence in decision‑making, team development, and store operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support sales growth by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong, customer‑first experience across all channels
• Help coach and guide team members through feedback and on‑the‑floor support
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges
• Assist with team scheduling to support smooth daily operations
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and overall store presentation
• Support day‑to‑day operations, including stocking, replenishment, and back‑of‑house tasks
• Contribute to building a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and motivated

• 2+ year of hands‑on management experience in retail or service
