SJGHEL is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to join our leadership team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across the organization! Reporting to the Director, People, Risk and Corporate Affairs, the Manager will provide subject matter expertise and support to other managers in the organization, contribute to project planning, lead the day-to-day operations of the organization's human resources function, and effectively manage the HR team.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field, and a current designation as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Equivalent post-secondary education, training and experience may be considered. The successful candidate will also have three to five years’ experience working in an HR department within a multi-union organization, preferably in a healthcare environment.
