EY in Toronto is seeking a Manager for their Climate Change and Sustainability Services. You will support complex EHS advisory engagements, ensure client satisfaction by translating EHS considerations into actionable strategies.
The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in EHS consulting, is bilingual in French and English, and is capable of leading teams. EY offers a competitive compensation package and career growth opportunities.
EY has a well-established Climate Change and Sustainability practice to respond to our client’s growing need for guidance in key areas, including social and environmental sustainability, climate change, sustainable finance, and environment health & safety (EHS). Our services are varied, but include strategy and implementation, impact measurement, assessment of policies, programs and management systems, assurance over sustainability-related data and greenhouse gas emission verification.
We are looking to expand our team of professionals focused on providing high value, independent, trusted advice to our clients as they transition to a more sustainable economy.
Our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCASS) team is growing exponentially, and as a Manager, you’ll play a key role in that growth with the provision of Environment, Health and Safety advisory services.
Working across many industries, you’ll develop your career by communicating creative, strategic goals both internally and externally. It’s all about listening to and understanding our clients to give them a truly exceptional experience in a field where there really are no off-the-shelf recommendations.
As a Manager, you will support the delivery of complex EHS advisory engagements from scoping through to execution and client outcomes, operating across strategy, assessment, and implementation mandates. Given the breadth and variability of the work, no two projects will be the same—you will be expected to think critically, navigate ambiguity, and contribute to structuring practical, business-driven solutions to complex issues. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams, translating technical EHS considerations into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of engagements spanning operations, risk, and digital enablement, requiring strong collaboration across service lines to deliver integrated solutions. You will also handle business development efforts, contribute to high-quality deliverables under tight timelines, and help manage engagement delivery across multiple workstreams. Regular travel across Canada (approximately 30% - 40%) will be required to work closely with clients and support on-site and workshop-based engagements.
We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. In addition, our Total Rewards package allows you to decide which benefits are right for you and which ones help you create a solid foundation for your future. Our Total Rewards package includes a discretionary bonus program, a comprehensive medical, prescription drug and dental coverage plan, a defined contribution pension plan, a great vacation policy plus firm paid days that allow you to enjoy longer long weekends throughout the year, statutory holidays and paid personal days (based on province of residence), and a range of exciting programs and benefits designed to support your physical, financial and social well-being. Plus, we offer:
